Centre County Partnership Presents Emergency Preparedness Kit To Centre County Women’s Resource Center.
On May 8, 2009, the Centre County Partnership for Community Health (CCPCH) presented the Centre County Women’s Resource Center with an Emergency Preparedness Kit and Emergency Preparedness Planning Information. The kit, which was used by CCPCH for Pandemic Flu and Emergency Preparedness Education, had been purchased as part of a PA Department of Health grant. CCPCH was assisted in the completion of the educational component of the project by the Centre Region Office of Emergency Management (OEM). At the conclusion of the grant-supported educational campaign, the CCPCH selected the Centre County Women’s Resource Center to receive the kit as a donation in support of the organization’s emergency preparedness plan.
